Wholesale orders are inspected and secured with protective packaging engineered for heavy brass hardware. Quality control covers manufacturing defects. Shipping discrepancies or product concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Approved factory defects are eligible for replacement solutions. Returns for unsold inventory are not accepted.
